Inspired by the San Francisco Cake Picnic, I wanted to bring my favorite combination of baked goods and community together in my own backyard. My name is Georgia, and as a Santa Cruz local, I have always loved creating spaces where people can connect, share, and feel at home, especially over something homemade.

Last fall, with the help of friends, I hosted the very first Santa Cruz Bake & Gather. After meeting so many enthusiastic bakers and wonderful members of the community, it was clear we had to do it again.

This spring, we are excited to host the second Santa Cruz Bake & Gather. If you love to bake or just want to give it your best shot, you are warmly invited. Think of it as a friendly cake and pie potluck where you can share recipes, enjoy incredible desserts, and meet neighbors from around Santa Cruz.
